Healthy Fasting Diet

For the 5th day, you can also eat beef in the shape of 300g to 500g of meat, sauteed or baked skinless chicken, or sauteed fish. Eat the cabbage soup once or more. For the 6th day, eat ground meat and clean vegetables or salad, together with one portion of cabbage soup. On the final day, you can begin eating brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and veggies, with the common cabbage soup.

Severe Gerd Symptoms Most Common In Adults And Children

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is the advanced stage of gastroesophageal reflux (GER), hence, more serious in nature. The latter is also called acid reflux due to the rising upwards of stomach acids and food to the esophagus. When there are more than two refluxes in a week, this will now lead to severe GERD symptoms that beset adults and children alike.


The most common of these symptoms is frequent heartburn in adults. As for infants, if the reflux persists beyond their first birthday, it is likely that the baby is already suffering from the disorder. Other symptoms include laryngitis, coughing, heartburn, nausea, repeated regurgitation, or frequent respiratory problems.

IN ADULTS

2. Hoarseness in voice – The vocal cords are also damaged by the repeated presence of acid in the mouth.


3. Regurgitation – Due to the damage done to the lower esophageal sphincter (LES), the stomach acid easily flows back to the mouth through the esophagus. This happens especially when lying down after eating. In worst cases, this can also lead to choking or chronic coughing.


4. Nausea and vomiting after each meal– Stomach discomfort brings forth a tendency to vomit.

The symptoms in children may be different from one to the other. Nevertheless, the most common and most severe symptoms are constant coughing, recurring infections, shortness of breath, gasping for air while sleeping, regular vomiting and repeated burping. In the same way, what may be an effective treatment to one child may not be as effective to another. In addition, it is not advisable to administer acid relfux drugs to your child without proper medical evalutation.

15 Rules For Fat Loss

1. Eat 4-6 small meals day a day instead of the usual 2-3 large meals. Eating frequently will help regulate and boost your metabolism to burn more calories.


2. Consume whole foods that are high in fiber and low in sugar such as lean protein (lean beef, chicken, fish, and whey protein), fruits & vegetables (oranges, apples, strawberries, blueberries, broccoli, peppers, asparagus, carrots, nuts (almonds, cashews, & walnuts), and whole grains.


3. Eat low-glycemic carbohydrates such as vegetables, whole-wheat products and oatmeal instead of refined processed carbohydrates which usually come in a box or a bag.


4. Recommend consuming 25-35 grams of fiber per day. Since the average diet contains only 14 grams we could all use more fiber. Fiber will help satisfy hunger pangs as well as control insulin and blood sugar levels which tend to promote fat storage when they are elevated.


5. Eat some type of lean protein at each meal. Protein helps to satisfy hunger and provide the necessary building blocks to maintain lean body mass while losing body fat.


6. Consume adequate amounts of healthy fat foods such as olive oil, walnuts, almonds, Omega-3 fortified eggs or other Omega-3 products. Healthy fats are great antioxidants as well as help with brain function and many other essentials processes that take place in the body on a daily basis. Essential Fatty acids also help prevent certain diseases.


7. Recommend eating 5-10 servings of fruit and vegetables a day to meet your micronutrient needs. Vegetables also contain a good amount of fiber and help to control appetites and curb hunger.
